Summary: "missing just alittle bit of the "high" i got from book one..."
I can't get enough of this serries! In book one, I felt like one of the groupies at Dantes' club listening to him sing. I would love it if the author would give us a peek into his "on stage" career in each book. Although this book (book #3 in serries) was as well written as the last two, I think the author could have interjected some necessary pleasure. ie. performing on tour : )) I'll be looking forward to reading MANY more books in this serries! Summary: "JUST AS TERRIFIC AS THE OTHER TWO!!"
In my opinion a good book is the one that makes you forget about even your own reality and that you can't put it down until you finish it becuse you can't be focused on any other thing. That is Beneath the Skin: a compelling, brilliant and amazing novel as well as the rest of the books that are part of this series. Just terrific!! I've read a lot of novels about this topic and Adrian Phoenix has become one of my favourite authors. The characters of Heather, Dante and Von are just perfect, absolutely. In this third book they're followed and prosecuted by everybody: The FBI, all its secret branches, different groups of vampires and even all the Fallen angels of the universe. It was really stressful. Seriously. It was the first time that I had to look forward to know what would happen next and then go backwards again and continue reading where I left. As the other two novels of the series I read it in one day. My congratulations to the author!! Thank you very much for your brilliant work! Of course a must read, but sit tight in order not to suffer a heart attack!!

Everyone is hunting Dante for their own purposes. There are the personal grudges that need avenged , then you have those who think he can save them , those who want to use him for personal revenges and then those who want him to use his power to their own advantage. His only anchor is Heather she is the only one who can ground him in the here and now. Since the incident in the last book he keeps slipping in to the past and some very dangerous results are happening. Heather must try to keep him together and safe from all those who will use and abuse him.
I was a bit slow the beginning too much detail about new characters that I did not want to know about and with Dante passed out for most of the first half and only scene with him in it was flash backs , which are sad and tortured. I just wanted more of Dante.. lol But as soon as Dante woke up and there was more scene with him and Heather it was great I was sucked in once again. Im so not sure who is on Dantes' side and who just wants to use him , its will be interesting to see who winds up helping him in the end and who will try and end him. There was soo many great scenes, Loved the scene in the bathroom . Soo hawt!! I just can't get enough of Dante and Heather. They are Magical. I Cannot wait till the next installment of this series.

This has been a wonderful ride and I can hardly wait for the next installment. I picture Adam Lambert in the part of Dante and it would be a slamming #1 motion picture event, guaranteed!!!

the "Beaver Motel" and feel that they are safe, but
Gillispie and his agents aren't the only ones after Dante
and his friends. Mauvis, another vampire, and his friends
are also on their trail. Will Dante and his friends be
safe for long? Who will find Dante and kill him, or will
he kill them first? Can Dante keep his friends alive and
himself? Read this book and find out.
This book was really good. It was like I was watching a movie but I was
really reading the book. It was AMAZING!!!
There were cuss words all over and stuff
inappropriate for kids without their parent's permission.
